Basic Overview 

The lessons in this booklet are designed to familiarize you with five additional (but more advanced) aspects of playing the guitar.  This is the second part of the 5 Lesson Method so it should be understood that to build on the information in "Part 2" - it would be very beneficial to have learned the information in “Part 1” first.  By now you should be ready for something a little more challenging.  Although the information in Part 2 is more advanced than Part 1, we have done our best to “simplify” the information to make sure it is easy to comprehend.  We will cover advanced regular and barre chords, lead playing, show you some picking exercises, and talk about Guitar effects, training aids, and Amplifiers.  I cannot stress how important it is to stick to a consistent practice plan.  Extra practice will help you improve your guitar skills faster. The CD includes video clips to help make the information in this booklet easier to understand – enjoy the “Interactive” experience.
